A Chicago native, Rosaria moved to the western suburbs over 20 years and understands the transition can be a major life change. Her intimate knowledge of the communities allows her to effectively counsel her clients about the homes, schools, park and other community offerings. Rosaria also assists clients who are moving back to the city and stays abreast of the housing market and changing Chicago neighborhoods She regularly works with relocation clients – whether they are moving across country or across the world, bringing her own personal experience of living overseas to better understand their needs.
Rosaria earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. She graduated Magna cum Laude from Loyola University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Rosaria is a Million Dollar Guild member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She’s a She’s a member of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Illinois Association of Realtors. She serves on the Women’s’ Board at St John of the Cross in Western Springs. Rosaria is president of the West Suburban Women’s’ Entrepreneurs. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Italian.
